Mindfulness!

 Hey bloggers! 

Over this term we have been doing mindfulness. It was a bit hard to concentrate at first, but now I can just go in and focus. We learnt some different types of breathes including: balloon breathe, candle breath, snake breath, rag doll breath. We also learnt some yoga moves that were very relaxing. My favourite parts were when we did things in partners and groups. One thing we did with the whole class was trying to get the hula hoop around the whole circle but you couldn't let go of hands, we also tried to do this in the pool and it was hilarious. We also did this great exercise in partners when we put our feet together and connected hands, it made almost everyone laugh. Anyway thank you for reading my blog, have a look these photos.
